All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

International Shipping: 10–21 business days

Hologramotion is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Hologramotion is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
